Jasmine Hartin denied bail after she was found near body of Supt Henry Jemmott in Belize
The daughter-in-law of Lord Ashcroft, a Conservative party donor and former treasurer, has been charged in Belize with manslaughter by negligence after a police superintendent was reported to have died in a shooting.
Jasmine Hartin was being held following the discovery of the body of the superintendent, Henry Jemmott, 42, near a jetty in San Pedro early on Friday.
